By accessing or using the VaultiCrypt website (vaulticrypt.pages.dev) and its associated software, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
VaultiCrypt is an offline file encryption tool developed by Log1x‑9™. It operates entirely on your local machine and does not upload, store, or transmit your files or passwords to any cloud server. The service includes a 10‑encryption free trial and optional PRO subscription plans.
During the current beta phase, PRO features may be provided at no cost for evaluation purposes. The final pricing, features, and availability are subject to change without prior notice during this period.
The free trial grants you 10 file encryptions with no time limit. After the trial is exhausted, a PRO license must be purchased to continue using encryption features. PRO licenses are available on a weekly, monthly, yearly, or lifetime basis and are hardware‑locked to a single machine.
During the beta program, we may issue complimentary license keys for testing purposes. These keys remain subject to the same usage restrictions and may be revoked if abuse is detected.
When the payment system becomes active, all prices will be displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through third‑party gateways (e.g., Dodo Payments). Log1x‑9™ does not store your full payment card details.
Refund requests will be evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis. Generally, refunds are not provided for digital products once a license key has been delivered and activated, except where required by applicable consumer protection laws.
All rights, title, and interest in and to VaultiCrypt, including its code, design, branding, and documentation, are owned by Log1x‑9™. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices contained in the software.
The software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Log1x‑9™ does not warrant that the software will be error‑free, secure, or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement.
In no event shall Log1x‑9™, its founder, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits, arising out of your use or inability to use the software. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the PRO license in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, and the proceedings shall be conducted in English.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify active users of material changes via email.
